| Observations : | The music is a good mix gothic/industrial/EBM. While most of it is new, there is a wide selection of older stuff (Siouxsie, The Cure, Depeche Mode, etc.) The DJ's take requests.The venue is modern, decorated minimally in red, black, and silver.The upstairs lounge area has a second bar, hardwood floors, and black leather couches. |

| Door Policy : | 21+ only, goth/fetish/cyber attire is preferred but not required. $5 membership required with 3-day waiting period. Non-members can email Nareau to be put on a "temporary member" list. |
| Drinks : | $4 mixed drinks & wine, $3 beer. The bartenders are generous and very skilled. |
| Directions : | Take I-40 towards Asheville. Get on I-240 to get into Asheville. Take the Charlotte Street Exit (#5B). Turn Left onto Charlotte Street. Turn Right on College Street. Look for Joli Rouge on the Right (130 College Street).It's a red and black building, with a red and black skull and swords sign out front, and a brick patio. |
