Trapped in the freezing wastelands of North Dakota, I long for the days of old when I lived in Florida and played in my band the Lesser Blessed. We opened for Christian Death(Valor's) and The Electric Hellfire Club. My one gripe is that goth fans don't seem to support live music, they only want to hear the latest club hit. Well up here there are no clubs, just punk bands and my new band Blueprint for Happiness, which is a cross between Joy Division, Roxy Music, and The Cure, so maybe I can spread the word to new recruits up here. God knows it's barren and desolate enough here.

A very fine page indeed if I must say so myself! Why Bob Dobbs should be so lucky!!!!!! I spent 3 hours on It remembering the good old and great new days. Why I might even go to the Dead Sea. Keep building those web pages!!!!! Two things: Where are The Genatorturers? Lydia Lunch would be nice also. Deathtrip films pictures: Fingered, Right side of my Brain, The Sewing Circle. Something from Music For Orgies is coming to a home near you. Max Hardcore for president in 2000. Rember when you forget it is the feelimg in your stomach when your girlfriends fingers accidently get cut off by the table saw, When you see the stars are bright, think again, your out at night-you can make up the rest. Make babies not bombs. Let's love this coming century, not bury. Always remember when you forget-be yourself to death. Everyone have a nice life. Fester'96.

love the page!!! The things I like most about it is the
histories on the two Christian Deaths! I am really into
gothic music, and I am shocked to hear that Rozz Williams
started the band at the early age of 17!!! That's amazing!!
I like the complete index of gothic bands also. This page
could really use some guitar music from bands like Mephisto
Walz, most definitely Christian Death, Eva O., Faith and the
Muse, and Bauhaus!!! Or maybe you could put on a contest of
who could sing the most like Rozz Williams on Christian
Deatb kareoke, and have them mail the tapes to you at your
house and you could post the winner on this website!!! That
would be cool!!!! or maybe a picture contest who looks like
Rozz Williams. E-mail me back!!!

Extremely good gothic page.I also like the siouxsie page
on this site. Gothic rock is defintely going to be a major
force in the new world of music. It will be right behind
industrial which unfortunatly i must pledge first alligence
to. But one thing i must ask is about skinny puppy. This is
a great band of which i am a big fan of but why are they on
the gothic site? I dont have thier older stuff mabe its more
goth but i always thought they were more industrial than anything.

But a lot of the information was basically inaccessible. Can
this be prevented for others with this intention. Mine was to
describe the culture and to learn about them. In my area there
are few goths. Perhaps this would change if information was
available.

....CAW....like a crow, you know?....I CAW in person, too,
not to mention seagul, monkey and cow noises, but my crows
are the favorite.....anyways...CAW's just my thing.....Well,
I think it's great what you guys are doing here for all of
us...."goths" or "freaks" or whatever..I don't consider
myself under any category, as most people don't, because
I'm just me, Birdmad Girl,....I listen to The Cure, Nine
Inch Nails, October Project, Tori Amos, Miranda Sex Garden,
Decoryah, KMFDM, My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, New
Order, Bauhaus, Skinny Puppy.....stuff along those lines,
but being 15(almost 16....in Oct.)you get a lot of crap for
it.....the whole deal, the black clothes and fishnets and
weird make-up and unusual habits, in my case talking to and
CAWing at my crows and ravens.....I dunno, I just think it's
wonderful to know we're all here looking out for eachother
in a strange way......I love all you beautiful people out
there!......CAW CAW CAW.........CAW CAW..........CAW........

Well to give a quit story, I live in conserveative Salisbury NC with conservative parents. My school (yes am 16) is conservative and I love gothic. See the confict?? Well the best i can do is wear black shirts (NIN, Crow, my favorite Vampyre Chronicles shirt, ect}
I feel in love with gothic by reading the Vampire Chronicals, and watching the crow and surfing the net, I don't do it to get attention (though kids at school are afraid of me and think i worship Satan, (I'm wiccan)) I don't do it to rebel, I do it because I like it
I love the night loved vampires sense age 10 (though I am not one and don't believe I will meet them wither or not they exist I don't know) I love blood I love the old medevil castles and streets Ilove grave yard. There it is agree or disagree that is who I am.
